My Game Crashes at the End and I don’t get any xp or rewards

I want to start off by saying I really like your game. However I go through a mission and I kick ass and all that jazz but then I get to the bubble and it crashes. I’ve paid for the necromancer class. It is absolutely infuriating. I would really like to level the class I paid money for but I can’t because I keep getting sent to the menu when I enter the bubble. Please fix the game. This is on Xbox.

I suspect you may be running into an SSL_CONNECT_ERROR or SSL_BACKEND_ERROR, which can occur due to either a local data issue or a network issue.

Do you play in Online mode? If so, I recommend to try deleting your local save data on your Xbox, and then to check if the error persists. Please note, than any progress made in Offline mode will be lost; however all Online mode progress is stored safely on our servers.
