I was in a mission in Excise Vault Spireside-13 and due to the time I started the mission, no other players joined. As you can see in my screenshot, my bots are still in place while I am being mauled by a Pox Hound. The Pox Hound eventually killed me resulting in a mission Failure.

This has only happened once so far.
