I hope this is an okay place to post , after further reading I have also created a support ticket , but I am hoping to jump back on as soon as possible as I am really enjoying this game recently. If it is possible to shed some light on the reasons for my ban it would be beneficial for me as I would not like this to happen again. Thank you
