Issue Description (Required):
When right clicking to bring up the circle target on Siennas Conflag & Coruscation staffs, there are multiple graphics displayed. For some reason the effects are doubled. This bug has been present since the Parting Waves update.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Play Sienna using either the conflag or coruscation staffs (staffs that use the right click target mechanic)
- Hold right click to bring up targeting cursor on ground. Move it back and forth quickly, or put it on the edge of world geometry, and you will see at least 2 separate slightly delayed graphics. If you left click the extra cursors stay on ground for another second after explosion.
