Noticed one of my directions gets locked as if it doesn’t work. I’d have to take my finger off the key and press it again to make it work again.
This happens while dodging around. First I noticed the left side getting locked. This happens when holding down the key. Same thing happened while dodging backwards.
Never ended up getting movement locked before. Maybe because of the ping? Sometimes my slide wouldn’t work but that was fine.
Key ghosting? But I have been using the same keyboard for a long time. Never got locked to one side before but the first run I had trying out the new patch, I was just standing there taking hits but other sides would work fine.

So I wasn’t mad when I suddenly stopped moving after performing a pivot or a dodge and turning my camera 180. I thought it was because of my KB, after cleaning it up the issue seemed to occur much less often, but today it started to happen again, I don’t know anymore.
I mean I dont get movement locked with my keyboard in any other game. So after testing 1 more times, 2 games or so back to back with different classes, I can confirm what Chem-Boy said. Tis the game update that has something to do with it. Space Marine 2 which I think is more demanding has no probs with the keys. Vermintide 2 runs fine too.
Keys worked fine before the update but yeah. I’m ready wait till it gets fixed.
This issue started occurring for me when the Hive Scum class was introduced and is only a problem with this one game. Since that time it has become a severe hinderance, occurring every match, almost constantly. I have tried multiple keyboards, reinstalling the game, reinstalling Windows, disabling all non essential services/startup apps, with nothing helping.
The problem happens the most while holding forward (W) and shift. It happens for all classes, but is much worse for classes like Psyker where I will need to hold WASD and right-button. Even with only two keys pressed, the issue is consistent. Once the issue is triggered I have to let go of all keys/mouse buttons to reset the character. The game is awful to play now with this level of handicap. We need a fix ASAP; this is severe.
