Mourningstar chatter pile up

Issue Description (Required):

Whilst in the Mourningstar at a terminal such as Hadron’s upgrades, I exit it and there’s loads of dialogue going on all at once. It’s bloody annoying.
Is anyone else having this issue since the last hotfix?

I have the same issue, overlapping voice lines after being in any menu while in Mourningatar.

It’s just the voices. Psykers always listen to the voices.

Same issue. Gets particularly bad when staying in character menu for a while (looking at builds etc) then exiting menu into mourningstar they all play at once
