There’s a mistake made by one of the voice actors that was left in by mistake, in one of the dialogues between the Arbites Male Fatalist and the Psyker Female Savant.
Intended dialogue (from the subtitles):
-F. Savant: “May I enquire as to whether anything was the matter during our last flight?”
-M. Fatalist: “Not that I noticed. It was as horrific as usual.”
-F. Savant: “I find it an ordeal. Not that I’d confide that to our other associates.”
-M. Fatalist: “Then the open vox channel is unlikely to be your friend.”
How the dialogue actually sounds: Everything sounds like it should until the last M. Fatalist line:
*-M. Fatalist: “Then the open vox channel… Then the open vox channel is unlikely to be your friend.”
