Mission Types Missing

Issue Description:
Lights Out and Ventilation Purge have not been available modifiers since the last patch. The patch notes do not state these mission types have been intentionally disabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Review logs of all mission types made available to players over the last month
  2. Observe the complete lack of any mission modifiers besides Hi, low and Hunting Grounds
