You can say this technically isn’t a bug, but I think it’s important to highlight this issue.
With the miasma torch, it’s possible for the screen to rapidly flash if your movement is synced with the torch carrier. A possible solution could be to “fade” the visual effect in slowly when entering/leaving the torch radius.
