Melee sounds are not heard by other players

Issue Description:

Melee noises only play for yourself but not for others. For instance the thunder hammer sounds awesome when I smite someone. When a teammate does it the sound is not heard at all.

This is disappointing as the sound design in this game is excellent. I want to hear my allied as they chainsaw through something, smite it with a hammer or bonk it with a club.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play the game with a teammate using an awesome sounding melee weapon.
  2. Be disappointed when they hit something.
