Max power and +xx% power items - is there still a benefit?

if my character is 30th level and maxed out heropower at 600, do items that add additional power even work?
i.e. Does a Charm with say +10% power vs Chaos and +10 % power vs Armored give me more Power if I am at 600 Hero Power?

Seems like if thats the case, then I to change my equipments Properties asap.

Indeed they do. That’s how you hit breakpoints to one shot certain mobs.

Yes they still work at max power.
Worth using to hit certain breakpoints.
Search for the Legend breakpoints table online.
This will help you immensely to figure out what breakpoints exist for your career and weapon selection.
