So I’m pretty sure I’m not going mad as this is now quite a consistent issue for me when it wasn’t an issue at all before the last big update…so does anyone else struggle with picking up materials nowadays?

It feels like it needs pinpoint accuracy and at least half the distance to what my muscle memory attempts in order to successfully pick up the materials. Often I have to run back as I release it didn’t pick up…which has happened a lot recently and this never happened ever before the unloaded update.

Has anyone else found this to be the case?

I realise I’ll need to wait for the 3 players other than myself who actually bother picking up materials before I get an answer :sweat_smile:

Seems the same. There are a few spots where the items are sunk very slightly into the terrain (eg sand, snow, debris). Crouching helps with these.

Maybe I’m going mad then. No idea why it feels different but definitely feels like the detection has changed somewhat.
