The small resource can not be picked up on one spot by anybody, including Ogrin

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play on map that will be shown in screenshot(it will be in russian)
  2. Navigate to the place shown in screenshot

I have noticed that it is exactly the same platform as another one from Silo Cluster 18-66A
