Match making UI improvements

  1. move/add the switch to enable class select window on ‘Play’ window.
    Setting it from config menu is quite annoying.

  2. in the ‘Lobby browser’ window, add the ability to filter out current matches by ‘unused characters’ (for example: all lobbies with kerillian slot free).
