Mananns Tempest does FF damage to Necromancer Skeletons

Issue Description:
Played through a Chaos Wastes campaign and got Manann’s Tempest on the Mace when playing as Necromancer Sienna, when triggered it jumped to and destroyed 2-3 skeletons each time

Steps to Reproduce:
Play Chaos Wastes, get Manann’s Temptest on a Weapon as Necromancer Sienna and trigger with active skeletons in range.
