At the very start of the Magistrati Oubliette TM8-707 mission, just after you drop down, there is the set of stairs there, while crouched half way up it I got suppressed and was pushed back.
There seems to be a section of the stairs (circled) that has a gap big enough for someone to fall into, but not get back out.
