Little lightbulb above cosmetics is laughing at me :(

Issue Description:
Bulb, Light or other indicator for “new stuff” in cosmetics tab is always on.
I’ve checked every cosmetic I have for Veteran and it’s still on.

Steps to Reproduce:
I have this bug so long I’m not sure how to replicate it.

Reported this one ages ago. Its another old bug that’s been around forever and is not fixed yet. I’ve got more of them than you :stuck_out_tongue: check it out.

We understand this is irritating! We will be soon implementing an option that allows players to manually clear any new item notifications.
