Linux (Proton): Reproducible DX12 renderer deadlock (RI::wait_for_fence / present_frame)

Issue Description (Required):

Darktide crashes consistently on Linux (Arch Linux) using native Steam + Proton.
Crash occurs in hub, matchmaking and missions.

Crash type: Renderer deadlock
Threads stalled: main + renderer (~16–17 seconds)
DX12 is always used internally (DirectStorage enabled), DX11 flag ignored.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

OS: Arch Linux
Desktop: X11
Steam: Native (pacman)
Proton: Wine 10.x / 9.x / Experimental
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti
Driver: 59048
CPU: Intel i9-14900KF
RAM: 32 GB
