Lingering Flames Question

This may have been answered somewhere in the forums, but I haven’t seen it answered in my searches so hopefully someone knows.

With Lingering Flames, your DoTs don’t stack. However, it is unclear if the first DoT you apply gets overridden by a stronger DoT applied later. Do we know?

If I drop a small conflag to stagger then Ult a bit later, will the stronger Ult DoT override the weaker conflag DoT? (Assuming the Ult DoT is stronger) Or is the first DoT applied to an enemy the only DoT till it’s dead?

as far as i know stronger DoTs wont override weaker DoTs

It might’ve been part of the original description if it isn’t part of it anymore. First dot and first dot only so make sure it’s a strong one!
