Issue Description (Required):
When you latejoin a game e.g. as a Hive Ganger with Chem Bombs and the Extra Pockets talent, you join the game with 3 bombs, not 4.
Unsure if it bugs on Veteran, haven’t played in a while.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Latejoin a game as a class with an extra grenade talent tagged, and notice the reduction in grenade.
Reproduction Rate (Required):
