Lag during prime time

I live in Taiwan, my game runs smoothly in day time, but after 19:00pm i’m constantly having inputlag and stuttering. I have tried different ip(Hong Kong, Japan) by vpn, disabling mod, clearing sharder cache, and my internet speed seems normal(around 800 mbps).
I realy like this game and have spent a lot of money and timein it, but the latency is so frustrating and make the game unplayable, i hope this problem can get resolved.

Same here. The servers are poor and inconsistent. I wonder where the servers are based and how cheap they are.
