When special “Activate” attacks (Blaze Swords, Thunder Hammers, Chain Swords etc.) hit enemies, that change position to one outside the attack range before damage is applied, they play animations and sounds, but do not actually hit enemies, resetting to “Active” state like nothing happened.
Might be the same problem that makes “phantom hits” happen in general.
Steps to Reproduce:
Try hitting a fast fleeing target (pox hound, mutant, trapper etc.) with an “Active” attack.
The higher the latency - the higher the probability.
