Lag and stuttering on console

Issue Description (Required):

Xbox series S user with fast internet connection and no other background updates / downloads, game lags when enemies or teammates are on screen causing a major reduction in FPS as well as mouse and keyboard sensitivity for some reason (it feels more dull than if the FPS was normal). The FPS drops seem to disappear when looking away from the things on screen eg looking at a wall, but looking at anything moving including teammates induces the FPS drop.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. pick any mission on console
  2. look at enemies or teammates
    I am unsure if other console members will be affected by this
