grinded out the resources I needed to upgrade it, when i went to upgrade it i got “unable to preform action” however it was only an issue for the thunder hammer, went to upgrade a bolter to test and had no issue.
steps to reproduce:
1:obtain thunder hammer
2:obtain 150 deuterium and 400 plasteel
3: go to the consecrate menu and attempt to upgrade it

Having the same issue here. I believe there’s only one variant of the Thunder Hammer but just in case it is the Crucis Mk II Thunder Hammer. I’m trying to consecrate mine from Black Market (green) to Frontier (blue) but getting the “Unable to perform operation” message. Was able to upgrade my Eviscerator fine, but haven’t tried with anything else

The Omnissiah, praise be, is unable to consecrate my thunderhammer. At the same time she was able to consecrate my boltgun.

- Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
- Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
- Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory

Any chance you could also provide the console logs of the session when this happened?
You may find these by doing the following:

I have the same issue upgrading my Thunder Hammer from blue to purple.
Issue Description:
When I’m trying to upgrade my equipement at the new crafting station the game just trows an error “Unable to perform operation” despite me having all the resources to make an upgrade.
Maybe I’m just dumb and not seeng obvious thing but I’m pretty sure I have everything to upgrade…

it is a known error with the hammer they are working on it
So it’s only with the hammer? Hell yeah! I knew that with my luck something like that is comming to me.

Can confirm;
I think its only bugged for the 2H Hammer so far. I’ve encountered other 10 people that have the same issues and only with the hammers.
Everything else is fine as far as I am aware.
