Kickback & Rumbler switch and input related bugs

Issue Description:

inputting to switch away from either of the ogryn single shot tube weapons (kickback, rumbler) during the starting portion of the equip animation (the bit where the gun flips up) does not work. all switch inputs lack sufficient input priority to cancel the animation, are ignored and are not queued (similar to issues with some of the psyker dueling sword animations that were fixed back when the game came out). additionally, you cannot switch away from the kickback to the grenade box at any point of the equip animation, and must wait for the entire animation to complete.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. select ogryn with kickback or rumbler
  2. switch to ranged weapon
  3. immediately attempt to switch back to melee during first portion of equip animation
  4. despair at your inability to effectively q cancel
