Disrupt Destiny keystone doesnt generate stacks. Im only using ‘‘health bars’’ mod, bud it worked before the last update.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

I can kill as many marked enemies and I would get 0 stacks. Not even an icon of it appears on the lower end of the UI.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

The keystone works, but UI is broken since the penance update.

Forgot to add, if players leave the game it gets messed up, the dd keystone.
