I went not in the direction towards the cart with bombs, but the other way upstairs. It happened mid fight, so I cannot tell you the exact place, only show the place I fell to.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here

Not to be a :duck:, but why don’t you fill these out, but then post the template? It would help a lot to have the details on how, where and why it happens.

Take it easy, they got everything they need and I could provide.
The form is for players who have no idea what info the devs might need for a certain problem. So you should continue to use the form.

This bug, to fall inside the floor has just happened to me too. I was recording my game, so i can provide a small video of it happening.
