Issue Description: Game-breaking bug. At the end of the first map, at the elevator that takes you up who knows where because this was my first time playing the map and I immediately got slapped with a game-breaking bug, you fall through the elevator back down and then a few seconds later crash to desktop. Steps to Reproduce: Get on the elevator at the end of Karak Azgaraz, fall through, then crash.

Reproduction Rate: happened literally the first time i played the map and im not playing again until its fixed. So basically it happened 100% of the time I played the map.
