So for a personal project I have been digging into the various Data slates and other text materials around the maps in Darktide and using a bit of digital decoding in the form of cleaning up and DE pixilating the data slate on No Mans Land I found this.

Now this was done with Grok AI for the de-pixilation and transcription so it might not be the most reliable but I don’t think anyone else has tried de pixilating these so I would be interested if anyone with access to professional tools could do their own digging.

TLDR: look at this cool thing I found! Also I am gonna be keeping an eye out in future missions for anything similar.

If this break any rules I will delete it.

Is this talking about Urmal? If I understand this right, she might be an old Techpriest, infected with scrapcode, that the Admonition (or whoever’s above the cult) got their hands on in the underhive before the AdMech could recover her?

That is what it seems however this is side or the small main body text and under Urmal’s name what I got was. ++ EXPECTED ++ (or ++ EXPUNGED ++ / ++ EXTRACTED ++) Which raises a bunch of questions as it seems to point to the Skitarii’s data is how they were able to get that name in the first place but I didn’t add it to the main article because I forgot :neutral_face:

Yeah I think this is more lore-y (the story we get in the form of lore). Though Hadron started talking about the warband requisitioning Skitarii in the same update so it wasn’t a secret to anyone. Urmal Skarkal is who Mysterious Cultist (female) is rumored to be (the other one grinding Wolfer’s ass in the Dark Communion mission). But obviously with all heretical cults there’s gonna be someone in charge of the arts and crafts (and disease because Nurgle). There’s also dialogues between Swagger and the cultists in Expeditions that hint towards it.
