Ironhelm does not hit bulwarks correctly

ironhelm randomly hits bulwark shields.
even with 3 stacks of thrust here and chastise and a hit it was not enough to kill the bulwark

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. heavy attack a bulwark
  2. do no damage

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Common (<50%)
