So what if I have, say, 100 transcendent weapons?
Are they gonna get converted to new system points?
Am I getting something for having farmed so many weapons?
Or should I just sell them for Ordo Dockets before the update?

I don’t think selling them for dockets is going to be the way to go. I would hang onto them, from what I have read on here you can still use the weapons you made before but you can bring them into the new system if you want I guess. There aren’t many details yet but I would hang onto everything for now

I’ve heard rumors of getting to salvage them for materials so that may be a good benefit.

However the system plays out, please can we get a little tick or icon next to blessings that we have unlocked? Would make it much easier than having to go back forth between Hadron and melk etc

From the looks of things you won’t acquire blessings that way anymore (extracting blessings). You’ll just get mastery which, when max, gives you all blessings unlocked.
It would be nice to scrap weapons for mastery though.

Whats the best way to handle or your gear for the update?
Do I need to melt down every blessing for mastery/expertise levels??
Or will my existing weapons convert to these values?!?

I hope they won’t convert owned blessing tiers into some kind of EXP equivalent, because no one except some OCD people care about extracting Tier 1 or Tier 2 blessings. This would lead to an obvious problem with players actually losing their progress.
To be clear: most of us focus on collecting Tier IV blessings, maybe Tier III, unless we are taking about some unique Tier II blessings like Man-Stopper. What it means that we don’t waste our time on extracting or collecting other Tiers, so a simple EXP equivalent for known blessings could result in a player who previously had access to the best blessings, suddenly waking up in a situation they have to regrind the same content.

I agree. I would think they should make it so that if you unlocked tier 4 of blessing A. For mastery it should give you enough points as if you unlocked mastery for tiers 1-3 as well. (If available).

It would be awesome if further communication included some videos going over stuff to minimize confusion.
Doesn’t need to be a fancy youtube video or anything, just a couple of short embed videos showing how stuff like enhancing a weapon, or unlocking blessings works.

Point still stands though. Being able to create the exact weapon people want would make them bored.
