Intel Iris xe series GPU problem

My laptop is GTX3060 with i9-12900H, and is able to handle most of games but keep crashing for Darktide though most of time I have over 100fps.

Whenever I launched the game after the updates, it says GPU is Intel Iris(R) XE does not meet the minimum requirement and asks me to set all the options to lowest.
Is this something my GPU not recognized by the game or really not meet the requirement?
This is really weird because my pc is newest generation gaming laptop.

The Intel Iris Xe is an onboard chipset. While performing slightly better than an Intel UHD would, it’s nowhere near the power output a dedicated GPU has.

So what likely happens here is that the game for some reason is not recognizing or not prioritizing your proper dedicated GPU and instead selecting the Intel Iris Xe.
