Issue Description (Required):
Was playing havoc 29 when all of the sudden the game froze and my 3 teammates got dc’d, except me. They told me it was either error 33 or 2014.

Yea, it’s pretty typical sadly, every other day I have similar issues with heavy desyncs when mobs are just standing or running in places, usually followed by DC. As you can see, at the start of your video, it’s as if everything stopped for a second - just for me it lasts for tens of seconds usually, until I’m DCed. And when it starts, it lasts for hours, making game unplayable.
Many other people reports this issue, for months. They have a dedicated thread for it nearby. Most likely it’s their infrastructure not being able to handle some peak load - as usually it happens during prime time when online is highest.
