Issue Description (Required):
The penetrating flame blessing on the inferno staff has the description of: Direct hits apply 4 stacks of 2.5% brittleness for 5s. Stacks 16 times. From testing it does 2% stacks and stacks 10 times.
I compared it to the void blast staff rending shockwave which works as intended and has basically the same description.
Would really love to see this fixed
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
1.Play psyker
2.Entreat your Inferno force staff with the Penetrating Flames blessing
3.Enter sefonis mind
4.Hit enemies and notice incorrect debuff count.
