Infantry Lasguns too loud

All the infanry lasgun sounds are way too loud. I thought it was just me, but then people observing me started commenting on how loud the mg Ia and XII are. They are very loud compared to other guns, given how much firing is done, it hurts my ears using them for more than 1 mission a day. Not sure if anyone else experiences this.

I have the sound for this game turned down a lot for this reason. I probably won’t play vet much longer because of the gun issue.

YES OMG. I wasn’t the only one. Every time I play lasguns I turn down the volume by 30%. I like the sound these make but I absolutely despise that I have to choose between hearing specials/attacks coming from behind with ears ringing and playing the game on low volume where I may not hear the specials but my ears will not hurt. Just wow.
