In-game description of Handmaiden Focused Spirit
-> After not taking damage for 15 seconds, increases Kerillian’s power by 10.0%. Reset upon taking damage.

Actual working
-> After not taking damage for 10 seconds, increases Kerillian’s power by 13~15%. Reset upon taking damage.

It is 10 seconds for 15% power. Tooltip is backwards.
