Chaos Wastes
Issue Description (Required):
I have no idea when this bug first started happening because i rarely play chaos wastes (Too many OP combos make it extremely boring) When using anvils/exchanges weapons will sometimes spawn with power/traits but no stats on them.
I have sent my console log to @FatsharkLev unless another dev wants it because i dont like making my pc information public.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

I have no idea but even once is unacceptable.
