If you go down to a Boss, bots bait the Boss onto you

Issue Description (Required):

The bots will stand on the player if they’re downed with both Elites and Bosses aggro’d to them. This causes the bot who doesn’t have aggro, and is trying to ress, to be unable to ress the player.
