Icon Facial Hair Appears Wrong

Issue Description: Ogryn chin on icon is layered above the beard on the bottom corner icon.

Steps to Reproduce:
Unknown, it randomly hide the beard below the chin when loading in and never fixed itself during the session

This is not exclusive to Ogryn. Seems to be portraits partially/improperly loading across the board. More often than not I get the first, bugged portrait. I can’t seem to figure out a reliable way to correct the bug, happens almost at random.
