Huntsman Longbow: nocked arrow visual glitches

Issue Description:
For Huntsman Longbow:
Issue 1. When moving in any direction and jumping, the arrow on the bow disappears for a few frames.
Issue 2. After firing the charged or full charged shot, the arrow on the bow becomes disjointed and starts to float when looking around.

Steps to Reproduce:
Issue 1

  1. Load into the Keep, choose Huntsman, equip Empire Longbow
  2. Move in any direction non-stop, and jump repeatedly, pay attention to the arrow

Issue 2

  1. Load into the Keep, choose Huntsman, equip Empire Longbow
  2. Fire a charged shot, or fully charged shot
  3. Look around with your mouse, pay attention to the nocked arrow
  4. Optionally: run forward, jump and rotate your view at the same time.
