HUD scrambling/"slipping" on the screen

I’m not certain what conditions cause this to happen but elements of the HUD will occasionally end up out of place on screen (health/toughness not lining up correctly, names out of place, etc.), “slipping” up or down. For a little clarity, I don’t see the slipping happen and it isn’t moving around all the time, but somehow something ends up putting the bars and/or portraits where they don’t quite belong.

One time two entire characters-worth of bars slid completely off screen so I didn’t know my own health. I didn’t have a screenshot of that instance, but I do have a slightly less aggressive example attached.

So far, I’ve been able to fix it by quickly popping into “interface” settings and fiddling with the HUD scale and then it usually stays, but it seems to happen at least once per run.

(At first I thought it happened because I lowered my HUD scale, but I have since also had it happen at 100% HUD scale so that doesn’t appear to be what causes it.)

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Super
RAM - 16GB

(I know I’m running a bit of a budget build lol so that may be part of it too - let me know if I’m missing any key details)
