I’m playing my own progression and currently at 30s. It’s too hard to do with randoms. So, I rely on True Level and never approve people below 350. Don’t care if they have Havoc 40 or more levels on other operators.
My criteria is simple. I do judge a bit as well as we all probably do if we’re being honest. I only play one Havoc game a week (level 40 only) for penances. So, I obviously do judge a bit. If I cannot get my pre-made to play with me & I must play in pubs… I have to be a bit selfish & obviously be judgmental/picky.

They have to have at least 35+ as their Havoc rank. (I only play 40)

I don’t really judge on True Level because that’s no indicator of skill. I judge by insignia & title. Although, this isn’t an indicator either, but I’ve honestly had better luck in general. If they have ‘True Survivor’ or ‘Havoc Forged’ maybe even ‘Twins Hardmode’ insignia too, that’s at least a better sign in my eyes for sure. For the love of god, I don’t pick people with the a.s.s. title idc…

As for the class. I would prefer obvious meta stuff, but not always… I only play literally one 40 a week or so, I do want to win just for the penances. So, yeah, it has to be meta-slave stuff most likely, sorry.

This is more so a gut instinct call. If they look noobish with everything low levels & weapon stats that aren’t optimized, it’s a hard no… Luckily, I have the mod to show their weapons, build & more. I don’t like carrying anymore, f-that.
