been trying to discard a bunch of emperor gifts but lets say i want to discard this
and i press X, and then this happens
and i immediately give up on the endevour and just let my armory get bloated with cra p
WHY DID YOU HAD TO MADE THIS SO DIFFICULT?
i understand you FS guys get tons of ‘‘i’ve accidentally discarded my favorite weapons’’ tickets but ffs just add a normal popup that asks you if you really want to discard or not

But basically just pick low rating and it’ll auto sell everything under it.
that won’t work, low rating doesn’t mean bad, since the ‘‘potential’’ max stat % is what matters
besides that i’m just giving feedback on what i think its a bad system (discard system for the blunts, i’m really happy about the new crafting system)

It’s not that hard IMO. You just mark things you want to keep as favorite and mass discard everything else. Favs are excluded from the selection.
Unfortunately, rating is no longer the measure of a weapon. We now need a filter for base weapon stats.
this is exactly what i want to avoid, i want to be able to nit pick weapons i want to discard, namely the emperor’s gifts after the mission
It’s not difficult… but it is an annoying extra step that doesn’t seem necessary. We should be able to select a weapon and hit discard and get a confirmation to discard that weapon. that’s actually intuitive; instead we’re brought to a new page that changes the sort order for the items. It’s wildly inconvenient at best, actively a hindrance at worst.
This is what I do, favorite everything I want to keep and after a few rounds I’ll eject the emperor’s gifts (anything not favorites)
eventually i managed to do the cleaning, even if this page is still so confusing and unintuitive
what does that confrim even mean, come on man, just make something clear like a window that say: ‘‘are you sure you want to discard the following weapons’’
there is tons of room in here
the worst part is that the ‘inspect’ button is missing on both of the discard system pages, so you can’t even inspect your weapons properly when you are just about to discard them
