Issue Description:elevator stuck
Steps to Reproduce:no clue how you reproduse that all i know is i sould have my penance complited and my rewards earned because of this bug the mission could not end and i could not be rewarded the make every shot count penance
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]
there are no steps as far as i know we just finished with the deamon infestation cleansinf and pressed the button for the elevator to come down.it never did
