Are you really that adverse to playing with other people? In my experience, the community in the Vermintide/Darktide games has (for the most part) always been very friendly and helpful. Thereâs a wealth of experienced players to be found who would be happy to play with you to get your penance if you use the party finder. The communityâs dedication to pushing their skill limit and helping each other is a large part of what makes these games so enjoyable. They ARE designed to be cooperative from the ground up, after all, and the AI has never been good enough to remain helpful above some of the difficulties required to earn the penances. Anything from Heresy up in difficulty is a chore bordering impossible to complete solo because the AI cannot handle the depth that the combat requires.

Randoms should be permitted to roll the dice on Havoc & Penances without the use of third-party apps like Discord or a forced Party system.
Players who want to party up and increase their odds of success should continue to do so without prohibiting the rest of the player base from taking their chances in random open lobbies.
What⌠randoms canât manage to help each other achieve success in lower levels of Havoc enough to earn the helmet⌠we really need a party finder for that? Randoms canât complete enough low level Havoc assignments for the torso piece? Randoms canât somehow manage to EVENTUALLY complete Havoc level 25 for the feet?
I mean, heck, the option to group up for more missions without the need of Party Finder already exists at the end of Quickplay and every non-Party Finder mission. Why is that not suitable for randoms & Havoc?
As for Party Finder Penances⌠they didnât use to be that way, from what I understand. The restrictions came later. If it was necessary to restrict the penances due to penance-chasers making missions unfair for non-penance chasing players, then they are poorly designed Penances that should be reworked to be achievable for Quickplay & non-party players.

Game still crashes constantly on console and it also doesnt matter the difficulty. I tried to
Play damnation yesterday and crashed like 4X and trying to play hi shock or maelstrom is basically a lost cause and even worse. In two days it will be 8 months straight this games been crashing on console and its worse than ever right now. I wonder if we will hit a milestone of a year straight of crashing on console? Good thing we get news of borderlands 4 here soon because evnetually I will stop playing this game because there is no point in trying to play this unoptimized mess of a game anymore.

These penances were requested by the community to be only attainable via private matches.

Please also check out the bug where Ogryn canât vault over fences, itâs been in the game for so long

maybe WE got it backwards and the real reason for the vaulting issues is the engine not having a proper physics option (remember red faction?).
imagine a railing getting mounted by an ogryn and still staying intact.

I think it must be a really simple fix because it worked totally fine pre-class tree rework. They broke something about it then just never changed it back. Letting Ogryn just destroy those railings would certainly be a good solution too though

Is it a bug or you can still claim weekly reward for havoc mission even if you donât complete the mission youâre supposed to? (because of demotion)
Will it still count for the Quartermasterâs Favourite penance progress?

So last week, I did Dark Communion. During the cutscene, a burster was in full sprint and leaped in the air just as the Cutscene went to game time.
I wasnât mad, itâs the funniest thing.
(Still, a good fix, always appreciate the work.)

LFG isnât limited to Party Finder, there are Discord, Facebook Groups and other Social Media groups, apps and sites that aid in LFG
Even had the opportunity to join some streamers that played on Twitch live, etc
I donât remember it that way. iirc there was a general disapprovement of these penances because they encouraged detrimental play. FS chose to put them in to a redacted bin and restrict them to private matches as a âsolutionâ, it wasnât a player request. They then brought them back out again when Hestia turned up.
