Issue Description:
Honor the Martyr currently gives 8 max stacks of Martyrdom. Which given the 15% health it costs per stack of Martyrdom it would mean that you would have to be at -20% health (negative 20% health). So either the tooltip for Martyrdom hasn’t changed to reflect a potential increase in Martyrdom stacks (i.e. 10% hp per stack) or the tooltip of Honor the Martyr is wrong.
