Helbore Lasgun/Bolt Pistol/Stub Revolver/Heavy Las Pistol: Enemy tag distance number obscures humanoid/ogryn weakspots at medium to long distances when you aim down sights

Issue Description (Required):

The distance number (in meters) that appear on the UI after tagging a humanoid/ogryn target partially obscures their weak spot(head) starting at 32m and becomes fully obscured at 40m and beyond. This makes landing weak spot hits at long distances very difficult and annoying, especially since the 3d model of the iron sight(and the reflex sight for Las Pistol) is overlapped by the numbers as well, forcing you to rely on aiming through intuition.

I noticed that both the distance number and skull GUI element move up a tiny bit when you start aiming down sights compared to hip aiming, so a simple solution to this issue would be to increase the distance it moves up enough so that the numbers no longer overlaps enemy head weak spots at long distances(40-70 meters at the least).

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Tag an enemy(like the dreg gunner).
Move and then aim down sights at their head with the Helbore/Bolt Pistol/Revolver/Las Pistol at 32m and then 40m.
