Must be an oversight or to-do, but I just want it recognized that when you list a havoc only party, people who aren’t eligible show up and can join, then you’re left wondering who’s the reason you can’t start a run.
Regardless of why they aren’t eligible, they shouldn’t be able to join a havoc party in the first place.
