it struck me as tonedeaf from havoc day 1 to limit the maps you can play on it. One of the top complaints about this game has always been map variety. Not sure how they thought it would be fine to just limit it to a handful.
As for actual stated reasons this is all they wrote on it:
So while half of the reasons don’t make sense to me (why are we limited to maps by zone? what?) it seems like win rate is a concrete reason for it. As for why they thought winrate matters, idk.
It should be noted that half these reasons go out the window now that they made it a seasonal rotation. So winrate determined which missions will be in Havoc, but they’ll cycle the missions out for the ones with more varied winrates. How does this make sense?
