Hello, I am having a pretty serious bug with the havoc terminal. My clearance level remains on rank 21 despite me having completed multiple level 40 missions. I completed a rank 40 with a friend, but afterwards he noticed that his own clearance level was stuck on rank 0. We are unable to increase our current havoc rank and will basically lose out on this weeks high rewards if this continues. Please try and have this fixed as soon as possible as it is causing havoc to feel unrewarding and is creating penance issues.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):

- Complete any havoc rank above current clearance level.
- Watch as the clearance level does not increase.
